Hire

We allow you to completely customise your holiday by booking on a daily basis. You can usually start and finish on your chosen day seven days a week, but some days throughout the year may not be available for pickups or returns.

You can pick up the camper between 9:00am and 4:00pm on the start day and return between 9:00am and 4:00 pm on the return day (we may be able to be flexible on these times).

The minimum hire period is 3 days except for July and August and some holiday periods when the minimum hire period is 7days.

We do not limit your mileage.

No Smoking is permitted.

You may leave one car with us during your break. It will be parked on our driveway. However, the car is left at your risk we cannot accept any responsibility for the vehicle while it is with us.

Our vehicle is covered by comprehensive Breakdown and recovery service.

Insurance is provided by a fully comprehensive policy specifically designed especially for campervan hire.

We don’t charge extra for additional drivers.

All drivers must be between the age of 25 and 75, have at least 2 years driving experience have no current traffic convictions or endorsements except minor ones, have no more than 6 penalty points on the driving licence and have not been involved in more than one accident in 3 years; must be present at the time of hire and provide necessary identification and a DVCL check. Unfortunately, the insurance company do not accept some professions so we will need to check this on booking.

A security deposit of £1000 is required which must be cleared into our bank account, preferably by bank transfer, before hire . This will be returned to you once the vehicle is returned undamaged.

We are flexible with the way you want to book. You can book and pay direct from the website, email us or if you want a chat please feel free to give us a call.

We are pet friendly. We will let at least one well behaved dog in the Camper. We have waterproof fleeces which must be used when the dog is in the camper. We may consider up to two small dogs. Pets by prior arrangement and an extra fee of £35.

To book we require a deposit of £200 or 20% of the hire cost, whichever is the greatest and the balance 6 weeks before the start date.

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Cards, Bank transfer or PayPal.
